Several above ground hydraulic lifts were observed throughout the interior warehouse portions of the subject property buildings. No staining or other evidence of a release was observed in the vicinity of the lifts. According to the subject property contact, the subject property has never utilized below ground hydraulic lifts. As such, concerns were not identified. Water is supplied to the subject property by the Highridge Water Authority. An initial connection date was not available. On-site water extraction or groundwater monitoring wells were not identified or reported. Domestic wastewater discharges to the municipal sewer service provided to the subject property by Burrell Township. The subject property has been connected to the municipal sewer service since construction began in 2003. Not identified during the subject property visit or historical and municipal research conducted. Stormwater at the subject property drains to several catch basins within landscaped and paved areas of the subject property that discharge two retention systems located beneath the paved parking areas to the west of the Diesel and Collision Refinishing Buildings. Outfalls associated with these systems drain to the undeveloped areas west of the subject property. No staining or other evidence of a release was observed in the vicinity of the Outfalls. As such, concerns were not identified. Not identified during the subject property visit. However, VERTEX observed staining on the concrete floor attributed to engine oil in the Diesel Technology Building. This staining is considered de minimis . Additional paint staining was observed in the paint mixing room; this staining is considered de minimis. Solid waste is disposed of in several on-site dumpsters which were observed in enclosures adjacent to the subject property buildings. The dumpsters were located over undamaged concrete and no evidence of a leak or staining was noted in the vicinity of the dumpsters. Additionally, a roll-off container was observed near the Diesel Building and is used to dispose of larger pieces of scrap metal and general refuse. No environmental concerns were identified.
