Conclusions and Environmental Professional Opinions

VERTEX has performed a Phase I ESA in conformance with the scope and limitations of ASTM E 1527-21, Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, of the New Village Institute, located at 500 Innovation Drive and 277, 406, and 408 Cornell Road in Blairsville (Burrell Township), Pennsylvania. Any exceptions to, or deletions from, this practice are described in Section 8.0 of this report. This assessment has revealed no recognized environmental conditions, controlled recognized environmental conditions, or significant data gaps in connection with the subject property.

Therefore, no additional investigation is recommended at this time.
