• The subject property is listed as a very small quantity generator of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) hazardous waste under the name WyoTech University. Based upon the nature facility operations lack of violations or releases, and subject property observations, the prior generation of hazardous waste in connection of trade school operations is not considered an environmental concern to the subject property. • What appears to be a well is depicted to the northeast of the subject property on the 1993 topographic map. Additionally, an oil and gas production well was mapped approximately 100-feet northeast and hydraulically cross to downgradient from the subject property in a regulatory database report provided by Environmental Data Resources, Inc. (EDR). According to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) Oil & Gas Reporting Website, the permit number for this well is 063 24150 and the well is located on the George J. Cornell Farm. According to the well production records, natural gas was produced from the well between 2000 and 2007. At the time of the reconnaissance by VERTEX, the area in which the well was mapped consisted of undeveloped land. No RECs in connection with this well were identified. • VERTEX conducted a regulatory review that included a search of state and federal regulatory databases to identify environmental concerns for the Site and surrounding properties. Several facilities were identified within the ASTM search distances of the subject property. Based on distance, apparent gradient relationship, regulatory status, and/or other facility-specific characteristics, no RECs in connection with the subject property were identified with respect to these facilities.
