Payment in full is DUE the day of the Auction; however, payment is REQUIRED 3 business days after the Auction. Payment not made per terms and conditions of auction will be subject to late fees, penalties and interest plus expenses related to collection cost. Any balance due the day after the final removal date noted on the invoice will be due by purchaser at a rate of 18% per annum. The fee will begin from date of auction. NO EXCEPTIONS

Loading Times: Friday 10/1 (9am-4pm) Saturday 10/2 (9am-4pm), CLOSED SUNDAY! Monday 10/4 (9am-4pm), and Tuesday 10/5 (9am-4pm). All items must be removed by Tuesday, October 5, 2021 There are “NO Extended Load - Out dates” for this auction.
