Surrounding properties appear to consist primarily of undeveloped and agricultural land. A few small, likely residential and agricultural buildings are further west of the subject property beyond a road. Surrounding properties appear similar to the 1939 photograph except that William Penn Highway is now located south of the subject property, beyond which is undeveloped land. North of the subject property is Innovation Drive, beyond which are the current industrial buildings to the north northwest and undeveloped land. East of the subject property are undeveloped land and the current commercial building. South of the subject property is William Penn Highway, beyond which are undeveloped land and the current parking lot. West of the subject property appears to consist of undeveloped land. Surrounding properties appear similar to the 2002 photograph except that north of the subject property beyond Innovation Drive appears to be cleared land.
