No cranial deformity. Right Ear: Pinna normal. Left Ear: Pinna normal. Nose: Nose normal. Mouth/Throat: Mucous membranes are moist. No cleft palate. Oropharynx is clear. Eyes: Red reflex is present bilaterally. Conjunctivae are normal. Right eye exhibits no discharge. Left eye exhibits no discharge. No scleral icterus. Cardiovascular: Normal rate, regular rhythm, S1 normal and S2 normal. Pulses are strong. No murmur heard. Pulses: Femoral pulses are 2+ on the right side, and 2+ on the left side. Pulmonary/Chest: Effort normal and breath sounds normal. No nasal flaring. No respiratory distress. He has no decreased breath sounds. He has no rales. He exhibits no deformity and no retraction. Abdominal: Soft. Bowel sounds are normal. He exhibits no distension and no mass. The umbilical stump is clean. There is no hepatosplenomegaly. There is no tenderness. No hernia.
