Live Auction at Henderson Auctions in Livingston, Louisiana

Under this option, East Baton Rouge would deliver all of the items intended for sale to Henderson Auctions facility in Livingston, Louisiana to be sold in our quarterly live auctions. The parish will be responsible for: 1. Deliver items to Henderson Auctions 2. Provide titles for titled items. Henderson Auctions will be responsible for: 1. Organize the equipment in your yard to optimize the item’s pictures and accessibility. 4. Perform light mechanical inspections to see if we can get the items running 5. Videos of all items in running condition, which optimizes bid amounts 6. Answer all emails and calls from potential bidders with questions about the items 7. Do all Title transfers(will include a $50/title fee charged to the buyers) 8. Onsite Preview day for potential bidders, manned by Henderson employees 9. Handle Loadout of all items sold 2. Professional photographs of all items 3. Complete Descriptions for all items
