Self Service Auction Option: Under this option, Henderson Auctions will provide the same auction services that you are currently getting through Municibid. Under this option the parish will be responsible for all of the work related to the equipment being sold.

1. Photographing all of the items 2. Describing all of the items 3. Provide Henderson Auctions will titles for all titled equipment 4. Uploading all of the photographs and descriptions to the auction site 5. Answering all of the potential bidder’s questions either by email or phone 6. Loadout all of the items

Henderson Auctions will be responsible for the following:

1. Set up and maintain EBR auction website 2. Online advertising of the EBR auction website 3. Collect all payments from the buyers

4. Do all title transfers( Will Include a $50/title fee charged to the buyer) 5. Training EBR employees on upload procedures for items to the website 6. Checklist of information and pictures that EBR should provide to maximize the value of your items. Videos of all items in running condition, which optimizes bid amounts 6. Answer all emails and calls from potential bidders with questions about the items 7.
