20. If the OWNER is the high bidder on their own item, they will be subject to the same terms as any other bidder and required to pay the Buyer’s Premium that is listed in the Buyer’s Terms of the auction. 21. No reserves can be placed on motorcycles valued under $4,000, and vehicles valued under $40,000. This Agreement, including Addendum A – Descriptions of Consigned Assets, constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and it shall not be changed except by a written document signed by both parties. At the time of signing this Agreement, OWNER has entered into an Agreement to deliver and offer consigned assets for sale by AUCTIONEER. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and to their respective heirs, successors, and assigns.
