On-Site Listings

The subject property was identified in the RCRA-VSQG, ECHO, and FINDS databases under the name WyoTech and with the address 500 Innovation Drive. However, although the name has changed from WyoTech to New Village Institute, New Village Institute generates similar types of wastes as outlined below.

FINDS, ECHO: Identified in the FINDS and ECHO databases with registry ID 110017277249 as WyoTech. Identified due to the prior generation of RCRA hazardous waste.

RCRA-VSQG: Identified in the RCRA-VSQG database as a conditionally exempt small quantity generator of ignitable waste, corrosive waste, chromium, lead, benzene, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), nitrobenzene, pyridine, tetrachloroethylene, trichloroethylene, and spent nonhalogenated solvents. No violations were identified.

Based on the nature of facility operations, lack of violations or releases, and subject property observations, the listings are not considered an environmental concern to the subject property.

A review of state and federal regulatory records revealed several facilities within ASTM-specified search radii of the subject property. Of these facilities, those located within 500 feet of the subject property are discussed in the table below. The remaining database listings are not considered an environmental concern to the subject property based on distance, regulatory status, and/or apparent groundwater gradient and are not further discussed.
