Anesthesia: 0.8cc of 1% lidocaine

Procedure: Circumcision with 1.3 gomco

Procedure:

Patient was taken to the circumcision room. Dorsal bilateral penile block with 1% lidocaine was performed. Area was prepped and draped in normal fashion. Foreskin was removed in routine fashion using the gomco technique.

Gomco was removed after 2 minutes. Excellent hemostasis was then noted. Vitamin A&D gauze was then applied to the penis.
