Albuterol neb did not improve wheezing

Wheezing - prednisoLONE (PRELONE) 15 mg/5 mL syrup; Take 3.5 mLs (10.5 mg total) by mouth once daily. for 3 days

Left otitis media with effusion

Advised/cautioned: Rest, adequate hydration. Finish amoxil Return if symptoms worsen or if new symptoms develop. Signs and sxs of respiratory distress discussed.
