Chief Complaint Patient presents with • Eye Problem pt grandmother c/o redness, yellow drainage to bilateral eyes since last sunday. pt was dx with hand foot and mouth.
Review of patient's allergies indicates: No Known Allergies
HPI The history is provided by the mother. No language interpreter was used. Conjunctivitis
The current episode started several days ago. The problem has been unchanged. The problem is moderate. Nothing relieves the symptoms. Nothing aggravates the symptoms. Associated symptoms include eye discharge and eye redness.
