2) To participate in this real estate auction an upfront $1000 auction participation fee is required for Lot# 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 & 7. A $10,000 auction participation fee is required for Lot# 5. 4) You will receive a buyer’s

guide with the lot listings to preview.

5) This live auction will be simulcast online with live video and audio streaming.
